  It said all owners would be notified by mail soon. And it said all 5 and 6 series so it's probably a safe bet it includes the M line as well.

  Micheal, your dad might already know, but BMW is recalling all 5 and 6 series models from 2003 to 2010. They said all owners will be notified by mail about the problem, but I thought I'd give you a heads up. The battery cable cover wasn't mounted correctly and can cause electrical malfunctions or a fire. The repair is free and only takes 30 minutes at the local BMW dealer.

  Some advice for the website. The main thing you need is the members. I think you could do better by simply getting faster servers. I'm sure you have more statistics on website traffic, but I think people are coming to the site and realizing it is slow then leaving (not ever signing up). Faster servers will also make your current users happier and it will increase your search results (VERY IMPORTANT). I think that you should try to get much better search results. Just a simple search for "cars" on Google brought up carconnection.com on the 1st page. If this is you then you are set, but getting better results for something like car forums or more searchers specific to each make and model (go for makes and models that there arn't a lot of websites for, but a lot of people want/have ex. Ford Pantera). This will help give you more traffic and make your website be more popular. The top 3 websites under car forums each had more than 100 active members at at the time I checked 10:45 ET. There is a lot of stuff online for how to get better search results and more members, but just remember one thing. Do not spam and websites or forums if you do your website will lose it reputation and your idea will fail.
